Petua turunkan gula darah dan kolesterol

 Petua turunkan gula darah dan kolesterol

Bahan-bahan :
• 2 ruas halia (bakar sebentar lalu ditumbuk/dititik)
• 1 batang kayu manis (atau ½ sudu teh serbuk kayu manis)
• 500 ml air
• 1–2 sudu madu (opsyenal, sebagai pemanis semula jadi)
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus halia bersama kayu manis dalam 500 ml air
2. Didihkan dengan api kecil hingga air tinggal lebih kurang 300 ml
3. Angkat, tapis, dan tuang ke dalam gelas
4. Tambahkan madu apabila sudah agak suam
Aturan minum :
1 gelas hangat, boleh diminum pada waktu pagi untuk stamina, atau malam sebelum tidur untuk relaksasi
